We call our people 'Implementers' and refer to them as 'Team', not 'Staff'. Our Team works 'with' us, not 'for' us.
We introduced the IMPLEMENTORSHIP programme to establish long-term retention and create a culture of excellence.
A recognition scheme that encourages our team to rise through the ranks from ImpleMENTER to ImpleMENTOR, championing their achievements and promoting within. We train, coach and evaluate our team’s performance, monitoring attendance, punctuality, presentation, and feedback.
Our programme consists of 3 rising levels of status:

Let’s count the hours, shifts, and commendations you have received and get some rewards!
- XP (experience points) are gained by completing assignments.
- Collect 1XP per every hour worked.
- Earn an x2 boost by achieving PRESTIGE which can be obtained by client recognition or a consumer commendation.
IMPLEMENTOR
You made it! Thanks for your hard work and commitment; you are now ready to impart your knowledge and mentor the next generation of Implementers.
- An IMPLEMENTOR is an extension of weIMPLEMENT HQ.
- New Implementers are assigned an IMPLEMENTOR to guide and coach them on their way to achieving our standards and answer any questions or concerns.
- An IMPLEMENTOR is also chosen for their experience, expertise and knowledge in specific fields within the industry.
- All IMPLEMENTORS complete mental health first aid training.
